Classwork 3 Narrative pharagraph

 Hey Guys today we will be developing  a Narrative pharagraph from our outline that we created last class, so let see how it will be.

The narrative paragraph is a kind of paper in which a narration of events is done.

  1.  You write a story presenting the events in a sequence from beginning to end.
  2.  Then, a Narrative Paragraph must: -Have a topic sentence that grabs the reader’s attention. 
  3. -Be built around one main event, adventure, scene or happening 
  4. -Be written in time order. 
  5. This means you must write about the event in the order the actions occurred. -Contain plenty of interesting details.

Now lets create the narrative pharagraph
                                                       The Fall of the House of Ushe

The Fall of the House of Usher is an interesting story of mystery and terror. First of all , this story is about two brothers who live together, they live in a gloomy and mysterious house with an evil atmosphere that was sick, because of the decaying trees and murky pools around it.Second, the story goes that Roderick was afraid and sick of his own house, and that Roderick’s sister, Madeline, had a mysterious illness that the doctors couldn't reverse.The Third thing was that she died because of the illness, so her brother Roderick decided to temporarily bury her in the graves under the house. Therefore, Roderick began to hear noises, and to see strange lights in the house. which intensified more every day, however the fourth thing most terrifying about this story was that Madeline was buried alive and was able to escape from the grave to look for her brother and revenge.  Finally, he died of fright upon seeing her alive when the narrator saw her alive, he ran away from her, and the house cracked and collapsed and so this story ends.In conclusion The Fall of the House of Usher is a story full of mystery and terror that tells the story of a woman who is buried alive by her brother; however, she manages to escape from the tomb and return to the house to take revenge on her brother.

Classwork 2 Academic Paragraph outline

 PRINCIPLES OF WRITING - CONTINUATION

Hey guys this week we will continue with principles of writing but focus on a specific topic and using different techniques to develop it.

So les to see which are those elements and techniques to expose any topic , Before to start writing, we have to consider three important elements.

Before we start writing, there are important elements to consider:

1. Audience - Answer the following question: Who is my target audience? Who are we going to write for?

2. Purpose - Answer the following question: Why are we writing? What is the reason behind our composition or paper?

3. Topic - Answer the following question: What are we going to write about?

After going over the above steps, and knowing what we are writing about, we must follow these steps:

1. Brainstorming: This basically means, a method used for generating ideas and sharing knowledge to deal with a particular scenario or situation, in this case, a composition. 

2. Clustering: Grab the ideas from the brainstorming session, and organize them into groups or categories with similar qualities. 

3. Use a System or Method: Once those ideas are organized, use a method such as Mind Map, Conceptual Map, Fishbone Diagram, etc. 

4. Create an Outline: It is the formal academic format to organize the information for a composition or essay.

Now we are going to applied the Principles of writing that we have already learned.

Hey guys, this blog will be used to show you different topics related to composition writing, so we will start with the basics of this topic.

Today we are going to analyze the principles of writting

What is a sentence?

  • t is a group of words.
  • It contains a subject, a verb, and a complement.
  • It expresses a thought in the form of a statement, a question, a instruction, 
  • or exclamation.
  •  It starts with a capital letter.
  • eg: I like chocolate cake.
  • She watches a good movie.
  • We are very good friends.

What is a Phrase?

  • It is a small group of words.
  • It is not a sentence because it does not express a complete idea.
  •  It misses one or two of the elements of a sentence: Subject, verb, or complement.
      Example: 
  • I said!
  • Marital Status.
  • Hey you!!!+

What is a paragraph?

It is a short part of a text.
It has to be a minimum of one sentence.
It beginning on a new line. 
It usually deals with a single event, description, idea, etc.

 After seeing the principles of writing, it is important to take into account the following elements when we are going to create a paragraph. These elements are noted throughout the text, and you can find their definitions here:

- Thesis Statement: A thesis statement is a sentence that sums up the central point of your paper or essay.

 - Topic Sentence: Every paragraph in your paper needs a topic sentence. The topic sentence expresses what the paragraph is about.

 

- Supporting Idea: Additional information that explains, defines, or proves an idea or supports your topic sentence.

 - Example: Statements that prove or give evidence of the reason for your paragraph ideas.

 - Concluding Sentence: The concluding sentence is the last sentence in a paragraph. Its job is to summarize the main idea of the paragraph.

 Finally, essays will also contain an Introduction, Development, and Conclusion as part of their structure. You can see them respectively pointed out in the example essay.

Andrea's  life .

Andrea's  life and her new Goals. (Topic Sentence) Andrea is a 36-year-old woman who enjoys a lot of the life and always I want to achieve new goals and dreams. 


(Firts main Point)I enjoy a lot the life,  I like to spend time with friends, I like to go out to restaurants, enjoy different kinds of food ,my favorite is sea food, also I love to go to the beach and watch the sunset having a beer or a cocktail. (Supporting Ideas)Therefore, I could say that life is beautiful I enjoy to travel and visit new places it doesnt matter where it be (Second main Point) To achieve my goals and dreams is something that give sense in my life , for me the life it could not have sense without goals and dreams.(Supporting Ideas)My new goals now are to learn English and be able to speak very well this language.(Supporting Ideas) When I finished to study this major  my second goals will be  to work as a Spanish teacher in the United States, for now I dont have more that work hard for achieving this goals and dreams.(Supporting Ideas)

In conclusion I  can say that I enjoys my  time doing things that make me feel happy and fulfilled and I knows that never is late to achieve my dreams and goals, so I works every day in each of them with many illusions to achieve it. Concluding Sentence
